Shanghai Teckwin Technology Development Co.,Ltd. wants to ensure the continuous operation of your Teckwin printer by providing thorough training, documentation and a maintenance plan designed specifically for your Teckwin printer.

Online Training

Expert technical instructors provide training to Teckwin printer users for all printer models. They also support the Shanghai Teckwin Technology Development Co.,Ltd. Field Service Engineers around the world.
Shanghai Teckwin Technology Development Co.,Ltd.'s training sites of are located in China, the United States, and Europe and provide access to a wide range of Teckwin printers. Trainees are able to receive hands-on experience with the printer, learning basic maintenance and operation in a controlled environment,away from the distractions of the print shop.

Site Preparation Guides and User Manuals are supplied to Teckwin customers.


Spare Parts

Orders

Orders for parts may be placed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm or on-line at service@teckwin.com. Faxed or emailed orders will be confirmed by a return fax or email. Customer must specify the shipping address and any special shipping or documentation requirements.

Delivery

Parts orders will be shipped within 3 business days subject to availability.Same day shipping is possible if on-line, faxed or emailed order is received by 4:00 pm .All costs relative to customs clearance, including customs fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

if you require specialized documentation to clear customs, please inform us at the time of order.Teckwin will make every effort to meet customer delivery requirements. Teckwin will not be liable for performance delays or for non-performance due to causes beyond reasonable control.

Returns and Return Material Authorization:

Teckwin requires all parts be returned using a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA). Please contact our Service Department to obtain an RMA number. Email your request to service@teckwin.com or fax to +86-21-57628484. When contacting Teckwin Service Department for an RMA, please supply the following information: company name, contact name, contact phone number, fax number, e-mail address, product to be returned, Teckwin part number as described in the Spare Part List and a detailed description of the failure of each item. A Customer Service Representative will discuss your RMA request with our Technical Team and either provides you with the RMA number or request additional information.

Once an RMA number has been issued, it is valid for 15 days. All parts must be returned to Teckwin in original, unopened packaging. The RMA number must be recorded on the outside of the packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Teckwin is not responsible or any damages or lost goods incurred in transit.

Upon receipt of the failed part, Teckwin will determine whether or not the part is eligible to be replaced at no-charge. A new part will then be shipped to the customer.
If you need an immediate replacement, you will be required to place an order for a new part. Once the returned product has been proven to be defective, Teckwin will credit back the sales amount.
